Yes. Our vessel is USCG Certified to carry up to 12 Passengers and 2 Crew.

All of our captains carry a USCG Master License and our 1st Mates are also certified. All members of our team are Red Cross certified for first aid and CPR.

2 hour cruise $200 (up to 4 passengers), $50 each additional passenger (max 12 passengers).

Sunset cruise 2.5 hours $240 (up to 4 passengers), $60 each additional passenger (max 12 passenger).

CORTEZ – Seafood Shack Marina (4110 127th St W, Cortez, FL 34215) 

SIESTA KEY – Bayfront Marina (8865 Midnight Pass Rd, Siesta Key, FL 34242)

Parking is limited at the Marina. We recommend parking across the street at the Turtle Beach Access (8918 Midnight Pass Rd, Sarasota, FL, 34232) Please obey all posted signage. 

There is also a number of free ride and trolley companies that will bring you from Siesta Key Village to Turtle Beach access. 

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure. If your group shows up late it will cut into your cruise time.

Minimum of 4 passengers and a maximum of 12 passengers on Day Time Charters

Minimum of 6 passengers and a maximum of 12 passengers on Sunset Cruises

If you have less than 4 or 6 passengers you can still book but the price will be the same as if you have the required 4-6 minimum.

Cruises run around 2 hours from beginning to end.

You can book 2 cruises back to back and you get 30 minutes free. You can also book 3 cruises back to back and get an hour free! 

Yes. Children are allowed! Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children 5 and under will be required to wear a life vest at all times. You can bring your own USCG approved life jacket. Please notify us in advance if you will be bringing anyone children on board.

For the safety of all passengers pets are not allowed.

Service dogs are allowed. Please provide your own dog life jacket

Yes. We do offer complimentary beer & wine on board. You may also bring drinks, food, snacks, and alcoholic beverages. Please have a valid ID if you intend to consume alcoholic beverages while on board. We have 2 coolers on board available for passenger use. Ice will be provided as well. Personal coolers are welcome if you prefer to bring your own. 

There is no dress code. Please dress for the weather. Please bring sunscreen (no spray sunscreen). Please wear shoes that you dont mind getting wet in the event that you are splashed. Its a good idea to bring a towel along.

Yes! We have a bluetooth speaker system onboard. Get connected, dance, karaoke, sign… its your tour. 

We provide the Captain & 1st Mate! All Captains are US Coast Guard certified.

Low Tide Tours operates rain or shine! Our large thatched roof will do its best to keep you dry. If its going to rain please dress accordingly. The captain reserves the right to suspend or cancel a tour at any time due to weather. Passenger safety is our top priority. If your tour is cancelled due to weather we will issue a full refund.

We do not provide rain gear or ponchos. Please come prepared for weather to make your experience more enjoyable.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the boat.

Sorry, passengers are not permitted to fish off the boat.

We encourage you to use the bathroom before boarding the boat. If you need to go during the tour, your captain will do his best to get you to a public restroom.

Yes! It is encouraged. Our guides work for and appreciate tips. If you had a great time the customary gratuity is 15-20% of the charter fee.  

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for a full refund with 24 hour notice. If we cancel due to weather conditions you will recieve a full refund. No shows are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking we will issue a rain check for the full amount or a 50% refund.

Rescheduling: Just respond to your confirmation email with the date/time of the change request. We will do our best to accomodate your request. Please allow 24 hours for any requests.
